Shipping Policy
All items are sent tracked and insured with signature required in nondescript parcels.
Shipping to UK customers is free & insured. Sent either '1st Class Signed For' or 'Next Day Special' depending on value.
International shipping is fully insured and free on all orders. Sent by 'Royal Mail Tracked And Signed For' service. We also use couriers such as Fedex, DHL or UPS for higher value orders or to certain destinations.
We have excellent experience sending all value of parcels to every corner of the globe and always happy to use preferred or specialist couriers such as Malca Amit or Brinks.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issue to your full satisfaction.
We accept returns up to 14 days of purchase. As long as the item is returned in original condition with all original box and paperwork.
We also offer a simple exchange program where you can easily exchange a purchase for the same or similar priced item.
In any return or cancellation, the card or Paypal processing fees (3.5-5%) and shipping fees are not refundable. This is because we cannot ourselves recover these fee from payment providers - no matter the return reason.
We cannot even recover this fee if an order is cancelled and refunded immediately after sale.
If you are unsure about an item and think there is a possibility to return it, please message us to arrange payment by bank transfer where we will easily be able to refund without losing any payment processing fees.
We always provide accurate measurements of items and are happy to take more photos and videos for colour and scale so returns with us are very rare.
Resized rings, modified and bespoke jewellery and any items purchased in our 'sourced diamonds' and 'sourced gemstones' pages are not returnable as they are considered custom orders.
