The ring came out great, and despite pressure from me on time, they delivered it earlier than promised. Very pleased.

I arranged to purchase a sapphire through this company. Teya was very responsive - provided videos and answered all my questions. The stone was sent out and received just as expected. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the colour I was looking for (although it was a beautiful stone), so I returned it and they promptly issued a refund.
