I was a little bit uneasy about purchasing jewellery unseen online from overseas, but I am very glad I did! The service was fantastic, very responsive quick communication over WhatsApp with pictures, progress, advice etc.

I got a 3 stone custom lab grown diamond ring and from order to delivery was very quick. The ring is absolutely stunning and gets a lot of compliments!

I sent my mum's engagement ring to have a saphire added as the main stone as I'd lost the opal that was once in it. I really liked the bi colour ones but struggled to find one to fit my ring, but customer service was excellent (& very patient with me). They helped me find a beautiful bi colour saphire that fit perfectly. I also got my ring sized up and appraised while there and I'm over the moon with it. I'd not hesitate to use them again, the what's app messaging is really helpful and responses are prompt. Really great service.

I was very skeptical of sending my ring away and also buying a sapphire off the Internet, but Isaac has been truly amazing with my whole experience. He showed me the stones I liked and gave me a video of them, he was very knowledgeable when I spoke to him over the phone regarding what I wanted done with my ring.
