I have been a returning customer to this company over the past few months. I have purchased some beautiful loose sapphires which have all been as stated and photographed. They have been really helpful when ordering diamonds too.
Postage is quick, free and tracked. When one stone didn’t quite fit in with the ring stack I am building, the returns process was easy.
They all seem like genuinely nice people to deal with via email too. I am looking forward to diamonds being back on the website as I have some plans for new jewellery and I don’t want to take my business anywhere else for loose stones.

I arranged to purchase a sapphire through this company. Teya was very responsive - provided videos and answered all my questions. The stone was sent out and received just as expected. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the colour I was looking for (although it was a beautiful stone), so I returned it and they promptly issued a refund. Fantastic customer service, and I would definitely look to purchase from here again.
