The heart measures approx. 16mm and hangs on a 16' chain.
The piece is signed Tiffany & Co. 'Elsa Peretti'. The chain is also stamped Tiffany & Co and hallmarked for gold.
The piece is in excellent condition, practically brand new.
This yellow diamond design was made on a limited run and cost several times our price when bought from Tiffany.
