Rare Vintage Cartier Pavé Diamond 18k Yellow Gold Band Ring.
This beautifully made ring by Cartier features a curved dome design with three rows of beautifully set Pavé diamonds going halfway around the band.
The diamonds are of excellent quality. Fine jewellery houses like Cartier only use the finest diamonds and gemstones in their jewellery and this piece is no exception.
Approx. 0.80 carat total with excellent cut, clarity and colour. VVS E/F.
The ring is signed Cartier 750 with serial numbers and French gold hallmark. A rare vintage piece.
