Beautiful 1.34 Carat ruby with a vivid red colour and excellent marquise cut. Also has good clarity, a clean stone with only some small natural inclusions visible when looking closely.
Fully certified by GIA as Burmese in origin - very rare for natural rubies. Heated with minor residues. A very common treatment for natural rubies.
The ruby is beautifully rub over bezel set in a 850 platinum ring with natural round brilliant cut diamond accents. 0.31 total carat with VS clarity and D-G colour.
All set in a beautifully made, bold and contemporary 'signet style' ring.
