Vintage RARE Van Cleef & Arpels Onyx & Diamond 18k Gold Oval Cabochon Dome Ring

I had been thinking of changing the original blue-black Australian sapphire in my 17 year old engagement ring for a paler stone and GemsandJewels made this possible at a very reasonable price and with a quick turnaround.
